Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at SmartZone. We aim to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation policies carefully below.
1. Returns Period & Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all warranty stickers, protective films, and seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt or Order ID) must be provided.
⚠️ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Parts showing signs of physical damage, scratches, torn flex cables, or solder marks.
- Items where warranty stickers, protective films, or labels have been removed, torn, or tampered with.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse. We strongly recommend professional installation for all spare parts.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0786800086 with your Order ID (e.g., SRXXXXXX) and clear photos or videos showing the issue/condition of the item. Please do not ship items back without our prior confirmation.
3. Refund Method & Processing Time
- For Card/Online Payments: Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited back to your original credit/debit card or bank account through PayHere. Refund processing generally takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing cycle.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfers: Approved refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days after we inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return courier costs are paid by the customer unless the item sent was incorrect or defective.
4. Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier (dispatched), the order cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
